Pressings
The earliest pressing on file is a 1971 US stereo gatefold AS-9211, with Canadian and South African issues from the same year. A 1973 Japanese IMP-88129 gatefold is the notable foreign copy. From 1974 the ABC-era pressings and then MCA-29028 take over, and the 1997 IMP-167 is a heavy-vinyl gatefold remaster. Gatefold sleeves run right through the reissue line, so that feature alone dates nothing.
