Recorded over two days in early '73, this session finds Henderson pushing further into electric textures -- Willis's echoplex and ring-modulated keys, Ulmer's guitar, DeJohnette and Holland locking in a loose, exploratory groove beneath his tenor.

Everything on file for this title dates to 1973. The US Milestone, M-9050, turns up in Pitman and Terre Haute plant pressings plus a promo, all the same record, with the plant marking the only thing separating them. Outside the US there is a German Bellaphon, BLPS 19177, and a Japanese pressing, SMJ-6035. No audiophile reissue is listed, so a clean original-era US copy is the whole market here.
