Pressings
The earliest we list is the 1962 US Impulse! mono, A-12, a laminated gatefold with an RVG stamp; the stereo A-12-S came the same year. Britain took it on His Master's Voice, mono CLP 1624 and stereo CSD 1480. Impulse! repressed AS-12 repeatedly, into 1974 and again in 1980. For a clean modern copy the 1997 IMP-229 or the 2005 Speakers Corner AS-12 both read better than the 1982 MCA-29006.
