A live date cut at Shelly Manne's own club, with Ruth Price fronting a sharp West Coast frontline of Candoli, Kamuca, and Freeman, all locked into Berghofer and Manne's easy swing. A rare vocal date for Contemporary, capturing the loose, in-the-room feel of the early-60s LA club scene.
