A Moodsville compilation, and the credit list shows it -- three pianists in Red Garland, Tommy Flanagan and John Lewis, three drummers, two bassists, with John Coltrane on tenor and Wilbur Harden alongside Miles Davis in the trumpet credits. The temperature never rises much: It Never Entered My Mind, Spring Is Here, My Funny Valentine. Don Schlitten produced and designed it; Robert Levin wrote the notes in January 1963.
