Pressings
The earliest here is the 1963 US mono, BLP 4111, on Blue Note with a Van Gelder stamp; the stereo BST 84111 carries the same stamp and the same year. The 1966 repressings are the ones to read carefully -- one stereo copy is listed with New York labels and no P, meaning no Plastylite ear, plus a laminated sleeve. Later options are a 1970 US stereo, Japan's GXK-8209 in 1981 and BN 4111 in 1991, and a 2000 ST-84111.
