The record

Oliver Nelson's arrangements set Clark Terry's trumpet and flugelhorn against Budd Johnson's tenor, George Barrow's baritone and Lester Robertson's trombone, with Eddie Costa doubling piano and vibraphone underneath. Art Davis and Ed Shaughnessy keep it moving. Nat Hentoff wrote the notes, Rudy Van Gelder cut the lacquer, and Moodsville issued it as MV 26 in 1962.
