Riverside issued this in 1963 in both mono, RM 459, and stereo, RS 9459; a Japanese stereo pressing carries the same 1963 date, so read the label rather than trusting the year alone. The UK took RLP 459 in 1964, France RM 459 the same year. After that it is reissues: Riverside's own RS-3012 in 1968, OJC-261 as the affordable copy, and a 180 gram CR00727 in 2025.
