The record
Cut between his pianoless landmarks, this quartet date leans on Kelly's light touch and Philly Joe's crackle across "Tune Up" and "Wonderful! Wonderful!". Relaxed, blues-soaked Blue Note house style from late in the decade's hard-bop run.

This one was mono first: the earliest on file is a 1959 US Blue Note BLP 4001 with deep groove, RVG stamp, 47 W 63rd address, Plastylite ear and laminated sleeve, and the 1960 repress carries the same set. No stereo appears until the 1966 BST 84001. Modern options are strong -- Music Matters cut MMBST-84001 at 45 rpm in 2012, Japan's DBLP-013 is a 2012 mono with deep groove and flat edge, and Blue Note's Classic Vinyl 5524262 landed in 2023.
