A rare leader date for organist Gloria Coleman, cut for Impulse! with Grant Green's guitar lines threading through Leo Wright's alto for a soulful, blues-soaked groove. One of the few organ-combo sessions on a label better known for Coltrane, and a quiet showcase for a woman bandleader in the Hammond tradition.
