Pressings
The earliest we list is the 1969 US stereo SD 1531 in its Unipak sleeve, pressed at Terre Haute and also at Monarch; mono turns up only as a Presswell promo of the same number. Europe used its own numbers -- 588 203 in the UK, 921 008 in France, ATL-SD 1531 in Germany, that last one a gatefold. Later copies are the 1971 Japanese P-8038A and the 1972 UK K 40039, both gatefolds.
