No copy here is flagged as the earliest on file, so treat the ordering with care. Verve's 1965 US issue is listed in both mono, V-8613, and stereo, V6-8613, the stereo carrying an RVG stamp and a gatefold jacket. German and UK 1965 pressings sit alongside it, and club editions muddy the field. Later options run to a Japanese 23MJ 3038 in 1981 and Original Recordings Group's 45 RPM ORG 142 in 2013.
