Ray Brown anchors and Frank Butler drives this Muse session, Conte Candoli's trumpet trading lines with Edwards over Latin-tinged percussion. Recorded in the mid-'70s, it catches the saxophonist relaxed and unhurried, the Central Avenue lineage still plainly audible.
