The record

A rare two-guitar summit, with Farlow's fleet, harmonically daring lines set against Barry Galbraith's rhythm work and Oscar Pettiford's supple bass. Recorded early in the guitarist's Verve tenure, it captures the technical command that made him a favorite among players' players.
