The record
A late-'70s MPS date pairing Grappelli's violin lineage back to Django with two guitarists of very different temperaments -- Coryell's fusion-honed fire and Catherine's lyrical touch -- anchored by NHØP's bass. Warm, swinging tribute session that finds Grappelli still nimble and generous as a bandleader decades on from the Hot Club days.
