The record
One of the American expatriates who found steady work in Copenhagen's studio scene, Shihab leads the Danish Radio big band through his own charts, baritone anchoring a reed section deep with doublers. A young Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen anchors the rhythm section on a session that shows just how sharp Denmark's radio orchestra had become by 1965.
