The earliest pressing on file here is a 1966 US Atlantic mono 1467 in a gatefold; the stereo SD 1467 is listed the same year, also gatefold, and several 1966 rows are repress, promo or Presswell variants, so a 1966 date on its own settles nothing. From 1968 the US stereo gatefolds are marked reissues. Foreign copies are plentiful, from Spain, Italy, France, South Africa and Japan, and none improve on a clean American mono.
