Johnson sings and plays guitar, and the credits list him as writer as well -- backed by Claude Hopkins at the piano, Wendell Marshall on bass, Bobby Donaldson on drums and Hal Singer's tenor. Twelve titles, and the song list runs heavily to love gone wrong. Rudy Van Gelder cut the lacquer. Prestige PR 1007, a mono reissue.
