Cut live at Shelly Manne's own West Coast room, this date catches drummer Larry Bunker leading from behind the kit while a young Gary Burton's vibes trade ideas with Mike Wofford's piano. A loose, club-lit snapshot of early-'60s LA jazz before Burton's vibraphone became a fixture of the era.
