Pressings
Everything here starts in 1965: mono PR 7378, and a remastered stereo listed both as PR 7378 and PRST 7378. Japan followed in 1966 with SMJ-7374, one copy in a laminated sleeve, and Britain got a 1968 mono issued by Transatlantic on the same 7378 number. The reissue to buy is OJC-394 -- mono in 1989, and back in print as a remastered stereo in 2023 and 2024. There is no earlier US pressing on file.
