Pressings
Mono and stereo both date from 1966 and both carry an RVG stamp in a gatefold sleeve: mono is V-8641, stereo V6-8641, and the mono is the earliest we list. UK copies are VLP 9123 in mono and SVLP 9123 in stereo. Japan's 1966 stereo SMV 1066 also shows the RVG stamp, and the 1981 Japanese reissue 23MJ 3083 keeps both the stamp and the gatefold -- that is the best value on this list.
