The earliest pressing on file here is the 1975 A&M SP-705, a Terre Haute stereo pressing; a Santa Maria pressing of the same number is also dated 1975, along with a promo and a Brazilian copy, both gatefold. The French 985 025 gatefold is the same year. Japan's 1976 Horizon GP 3505 and the 1979 HOJ-2004 are the later options, and a Spanish 89757-I gatefold turns up in 1977.
