The earliest on file is the 1961 Blue Note mono BLP 4051, with a deep groove, RVG stamp, 47 W 63rd address and laminated sleeve; a 1962 copy of the same number carries the same markers. The 1966 and 1967 monos keep the RVG stamp only, and stereo arrives as a 1967 reissue, BST 84051. For audiophile copies: Analogue Productions' 2008 45 RPM AP-84051 or Music Matters' 2017 MMBST-84051.
