The earliest pressing we list is the US double ECM-2-1182 in a gatefold; the German ECM 1182/83 carries the same year in stereo, with a promo copy alongside it, and Japan had PA-6125～26. A 1981 Brazilian ECM 1182/83 gatefold followed. The only later pressing worth naming is Japan's 1984 reissue, 38MJ 3320/1 -- there is no audiophile cut in our data.
