The earliest on file is the 1961 US Verve mono, V-4053, with a deep groove; stereo V6-4053 is the same year. Britain took a laminated His Master's Voice stereo, CSD 1447, in 1961 and the mono CLP 1576 in 1962. The audiophile line here runs deep: Classic Records cut V6-4053 on 180 gram in 1994, Verve followed with 200 gram Quiex and clarity vinyl in 2004, and Analogue Productions did a 45 RPM AP-4053 in 2012.
