The record

Twin guitars and a two-conga frontline push Pearson's writing toward Latin terrain, with Hutcherson's vibes and Dodgion's flute floating over the percolating rhythm. It's a session that shows his arranging reach stretching well past straight hard bop.

A German BST 84293 K is listed the same year and a South African BLC 84293 in 1969, so overseas copies were close behind. Japan's 1993 limited BN 4293 and the 2011 French Heavenly Sweetness HSV034VL on 180 gram are the reissues on file -- no later US pressing is listed.
