The record
Mid-'70s Pablo date finding the trumpeter easing into Brazilian-inflected grooves, with Paulinho Da Costa's percussion and Roger Glenn's flute warming the guitars of Gafa and Howell. A loose, sun-drunk session that shows Gillespie's ear stayed open long past bebop's founding years.
