The record
Mid-'70s Hutcherson leaning fully into groove, marimba and Rhodes trading warm, Latin-tinged figures over a deep percussion bed. A sunnier, dance-floor-friendly turn from the vibraphonist, cut for Blue Note as the label was courting the fusion crowd.
