Pressings
The earliest pressing on file here is the 1964 US mono A-45 on Impulse!, gatefold with an RVG stamp; stereo AS-45 shares the year. The 1965 -A/-B label pressings in both mono and stereo add a laminated sleeve to the gatefold. The UK got His Master's Voice CLP 1760 in 1964. From 1972 onward everything listed is a reissue, including a long run of Spanish and Japanese ABC Impulse! copies.
