Pressings
The earliest pressing we list is the 1965 US Limelight mono, LM 82010, in a gatefold; the stereo LS 86010 is the same year and same jacket, one copy noted with a pink label. Britain got Mercury LML 4006 mono and SLML 4006 stereo. After that it is all reissue -- Fontana SFL.13015 in 1968, TRIP TLP-5582 in 1976, and Japanese Limelight repressings in 1982 and 1983.
