Pressings
The earliest on file is the 1960 US mono, BLP 4042, carrying the full early checklist -- deep groove, RVG stamp, 47 West 63rd address, Plastylite ear, laminated sleeve. The stereo BST-84042 came the same year with the same markers. Blue Note repressed both into 1966. Classic Records' 2008 mono 200 gram, BN 4042-MONO-200G, is the audiophile edition; Japan's GXK 8066 from 1978 is the inexpensive one.
