The record

Barry Harris's harmonic clarity opens plenty of room for Stitt to shift between alto and tenor on this early-'70s Cobblestone date. Sam Jones and Alan Dawson keep the time lean, the whole session riding on the leader's easy command of both horns.

The earliest we list is the 1972 US Cobblestone, CST 9013, with a Japanese Cobblestone of the same year, YS-2741-CO, beside it. Muse picked the record up later -- Japan in 1982 as K26P-6202, the US in 1987 as MR 5334, with a promo of that too. Note that a 2011 reissue reuses CST 9013, so confirm you are being sold the 1972 pressing and not that one.
