The earliest on file is the 1968 US BST 84288 in a gatefold sleeve, and that is the copy to look for. An undated German pressing, BST 84288 K, carries an RVG stamp and is worth a look if the American one proves elusive. Beyond that the field is thin: a 1993 Japanese limited edition, BN-4288, and a 2015 European gatefold reissue back on BST 84288. No audiophile line has cut this title.
