The record
A live document of the pianist's working trio, cut for the adventurous French Futura label at the tail end of the sixties. Samson's bass and Saudrais's brushed-and-sticked drums give Arvanitas room to stretch out with the hard-swinging, blues-rooted attack he built his reputation on.
