A mid-'60s date led by the young Swiss trumpeter, working through a straight-ahead quartet session with countryman-in-spirit pianist Franco D'Andrea alongside Azzolini and Mondini. A rare glimpse of Ambrosetti's early hard-bop grounding before his fusion-leaning later work with Enja.
