Pressings
The earliest pressing on file is the 1960 US Mercury mono MG 20572, a Terre Haute pressing. Stereo arrived the same year as SR 60232, including a Hollywood pressing and a promo, so both mixes are genuinely period. Canada issued both in 1961, and an Australian club edition of MG 20572 came in a laminated sleeve. Later Mercury represses run through 1970, with Japanese SFX-10569 in stereo and mono from 1978.
