The earliest pressing on file is the 1956 US Verve mono MG V-2000, with orange labels and a laminated sleeve; a second 1956 US copy of the same number shows a deep groove instead, so compare labels before paying up. The UK His Master's Voice CLP 1085 and the French Barclay 80024 date from the same year. Japan's mono MV 2560 arrived in 1976, 23MJ 3120 in 1982.
