The record

Ammons at the piano across six sides of a ten-inch Blue Note, LP 7017, this copy a 1952 repress. The title says boogie woogie and the track list backs it up -- 'Boogie Woogie Stomp', 'Bass Goin' Crazy', 'Suitcase Blues'. Paul Bacon (2) designed the jacket, which on a Blue Note ten-inch is half the reason people hang on to them.
